Welcome to Liverpool CLC
City Learning Centres are facilities which provide state of the art ICT and Creative and Media-based learning opportunities for young people in disadvantaged city areas. In Liverpool there are four centres. These centres support pupils from Primary, Secondary and Special schools as well as the wider community, in a safe environment. Our users value and enjoy their visits to the CLC and they provide real added value to their educational journey in Liverpool. The CLCs provide a range of training opportunities using innovative state of the art technologies. The centres also provide e-safety awareness across Liverpool schools to teachers, parents and pupils though their CEOPS programme.
The emphasis of the CLC is to enhance learning across the whole curriculum using technology to narrow the gap in educational attainment by providing courses and opportunities for individual pupils from schools adjacent to each CLC. The excellent facilities provided by each centre also provide venue hire and conference hosting.
